CELEB TIPS FOR HEALTHY SUMMER SKIN

How do celebs like Alexandra Burke and Nicola Roberts manage to keep their skin looking naturally flawless all year round? Well, we have discovered their beauty secrets and now you can get great looking skin for the summer.

Here are our top tips:

1. Use sun cream, Nicola Roberts proudly flaunts her radiant skin, she ditched the sun beds and is always safe in the sun:

“I ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT I PROTECT MY SKIN FROM SUN BURN BY COVERING UP,SPENDING SOMETIME IN THE SHADE WHEN THE SUN IS STRONG AND APPLYING SUN SCREEN OF AT LEAST SPF 15 THROUGH OUT THE DAY.”

2. Drink lots of water! Especially when out in the sun, not only will it cool you down but it keeps you skin looking healthy. Alexandra Burke makes sure she does:

“WHEN I WAS ON THE XFACTOR I JUST DRUNK LOADS OF WATER AND IT DEFINITELY STOPPED ME HAVING UNWANTED BREAKOUTS.”
