Seeing as spring is right around the corner, I have decided to write a recipe for a delicious smoothie that will be a glorious start to the day!
This creamy fruit smoothie transports you to the tropics for breakfast! Use ripe mango when in season, or use tinned or frozen mango.
- 1 ripe mango, cubed
- 1 small banana
- 150ml coconut milk
- 100g pineapple pieces
- 100ml orange juice
- Slice the mango,banana and pineapple into cubes.
- Place fruit, coconut milk and orange juice into a blender. Puree until smooth.
